Pirihima Whānau Trust now offer the following grants:

Education, Sports & Cultural Grants

The Education, Sports and Cultural grants are available to registered beneficiaries or direct descendants of a registered beneficiary of Pirihima Whānau Trust. These grants are available all year round or until the available funds are expended. Applications are limited to one per person per financial year (1 April – 31 March).

Hauora Grant for Pakeke & Kaumātua

The Hauora grants are available to Pakeke & Kaumātua who are 55 years or older and are registered beneficiaries of Pirihima Whānau Trust. These grants are available all year round or until the available funds are expended. Applications are limited to one per person per financial year (1 April – 31 March). You do not need to re-apply or complete another form every year.

Marae Grant for Tahuwhakatiki Marae

On an annual basis, a fund will be allocated to Tahuwhakatiki Marae only, for Marae expenditure on either capital items or payment of insurances. This grant can only be applied for, by the Tahuwhakatiki Marae Committee.
